275g Plain chocolate 

275g unsalted butter

75g milk chocolate 

75g white chocolate 

175g plain flour 

1 tsp baking powder 

4 large eggs (lightly beaten) 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

350g caster sugar 


Step 1: Preheat oven to 170c (fan). line a baking tray 30x20x4cm with lightly greased baking parchment.

Step 2: Place the plain chocolate and butter into a large bowl over a pan of lightly simmering water and allow to gently melt.

Step 3: Sieve together the flour and baking powder into a large bowl and set aside. Remove the chocolate from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Transfer into a large mixing bowl and stir in the caster sugar. 

Step 4: Add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract into the chocolate mix, fold in the flour gradually, then add the chocolate chunks.


Step 5: Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The top should be firm to the touch with the inside soft and gooey. Remove the tin from the oven, leave to coll slightly and turn out. Cut into squares and serve, Yummy!
